stuff has been going well. Been hitting the gym pretty regularly and I do see some progress. I need to work on eating habits. They’re really good until the weekend comes and then all hell breaks loose…

My mom isn’t home to give me a ride to the gym so I’m about to walk 30 minutes to the gym, work out for an hour, and then walk the 30 minutes back…

I guess this makes up for not going yesterday?

finally went back to yoga today!

convinced a friend in to going with me. I honestly forgot how much I love yoga. I used to be so much more flexible last year when I would do it, which is now inspiring me to continue with yoga on Thursdays. Its really just such a calming experience and the woman who leads it is so nice. She has this cute little yoga playlist and she put Adele on it and it was just so precious really!

First day back at the gym…. Every time I go a while without working out, I remember how much I love it on the first day back. Why do I ever stop? It was rewarding but I think I went too hard and am going to be sore tomorrow.

Back AGAIN.

I fell off track so badly… and I gained back some of the weight I lost.

Today my good friend and I were discussing the regrets we have in our lives and both of us agreed that we would have never gotten fat. She sent me an article a few hours later where a couple made a bet that whoever lost the most weight would get the others name tattooed on them. The guy ended up losing almost 200 pounds. We were inspired. We are going on a vacation together next november so that is our goal date to lose our weight by. We decided on 40 pounds and made a friendly bet so now I have more motivation than just to live a healthy life (which is the most important motivation)

I genuinely hope I stick to it this time, I do not want to go to college overweight.

Let’s call this starting over. Again.
